Rate Changes

Instead of subtracting $0.12 from your balance, Page Plus is going to start subtracting different amounts depending on the card that you purchase. If you purchase a $10 card, $0.12 per minute will be subtracted from your account. For a $25 card, $0.09 cents per minute, for a $50 card, $0.08 per minute, and for an $80 card, $0.06 cents will be subtracted for each minute. More information will be posted about this shortly. Is Page Plus Right For You?

Is Page Plus right for you? First, make sure that Verizon Wireless has coverage in your area. If they do, that is great! You should be able to use any Verizon Wireless phone on Page Plus. The simple part is that Page Plus charges 12 cents per minute and 8 cents per text message. The more complicated part is that you get bonus money, which actually makes your rate cheaper, a lot cheaper. For $10 you will get 83 minutes, or $10 into your account. That comes out to 12 cents per minute, Page Plus' rate. If you purchase a $25 card or higher you get bonus money. Your rates actually decrease. If you purchase a $25 dollar card you get $11 of bonus money. That adds $36 to your account that gives you 300 minutes, or about 8 cents per minute. For a $50 card, $84 gets added to your account and you get 700 minutes, which is about 7 cents per minute. For $80, $168 gets added to your account, which gives you 1400 minutes, which is about 6 cents per minute. If you still don't understand those rates look at the chart below. After 120 days you will need to purchase another card. Page Plus also has the option for unlimited nights and weekends for 99 cents a day. There is also an option for unlimited calling which costs $2.49 a day. Please note that text messaging rates increase on the unlimited plan and you must purchase an activation card for $10 to switch to unlimited nights and weekends and an activation card for $20 to switch to unlimited calling. They probably make you pay an activation fee so you don't switch on days that you plan to talk a lot. Page Plus is a very good deal. If you think their prices are good, Page Plus is right for you! What is Page Plus?

Page Plus is a prepaid cell phone company that offers service in the United States. Page Plus uses Verizon Wireless' network. Therefore, you will receive Verizon Wireless prepaid coverage. You should be able to use any Verizon Wireless phone on Page Plus. Page Plus' rates are very good. You pay 12 cents per minute. The higher card you buy, the more "funny money" you get. Funny money is bonus money that Page Plus will add to your account. You rate is actually lower than 12 cents. For example, if you purchase an $80 card, you get $88 more, on top of the $80 that you purchased. Therefore, you are really paying less than 12 cents per minute, a lot less, less than 6 cents per minute! Try to find that rate with another prepaid company. If you don't understand the rates, look at the chart below. Customer service is also great. The representatives are very kind and knowledgeable. Phone selection is very poor, but you should be able to use ANY Verizon Wireless phone. You can purchase airtime over the phone or online.
